WISCONSIN PEOPLE & IDEAS MEANS BUSINESS
My name is John Lehman and I am the literary editor of Wisconsin People & Ideas (formerly The Wisconsin Academy Review) but I have been associated with the magazine for more than twenty years. I also know advertising and public relations.

I want to talk about you and how we can help with your needs. Most people buy from and appreciate organizations they trust. And one way to initially develop that trust is through familiarity. If we see a product or service talked about often enough, we believe in it (at least to the point of choosing to try what that business is offering). It is the secret of "brand names" and why the public favors them—even though they may cost more.

Our magazine reaches a certain group of people. This is not as large a group as say those that are reached by Madison Magazine, Wisconsin Trails or other travel/lifestyle magazines. That's why our advertising rates are about a quarter of theirs. But more to the point, if you are a specialty organization and you want to reach highly-educated, sophisticated readers—including academics, legislators, artists and informed home owners—then consider a relatonship with Wisconsin People & Ideas magazine.

We assume these are the people you want to connect with too. That's why I would like to talk to you about the specific programs we offer. There is no cost or obligation and it is a few minutes that could put you on a better course. My contact information is below. I look forward to hearing from you.
