Christine Stocke is a graduate of the Master’s program in English at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Her short story “Plan for Paradise” became the inspiration for her debut novel-in-progress. Other works by Stocke can be found in Word, Rio Grande Review, Menu 971 and the 2013 WI Poets’ Calendar. In July 2012, Christine found more inspiration abroad as she and her husband moved to another wonderful land of beer and cheese: Holland.
