Deb Erwin is Xcel Energy’s Manager of Regulatory Policy for Wisconsin & Michigan. She has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. Prior to joining Xcel Energy in 2014, Erwin worked for the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, where she focused on renewable energy and regional energy markets. Before joining the Commission, she practiced renewable energy law. Erwin has served on a number of nonprofit boards, and is currently President of Wisconsin Women in Government and a board member for the Wisconsin Public Utility Institute.
