Jason Stringer is a Senior Manager of Clean Energy Finance at Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation (WECC). In his role at WECC, Stringer serves as a project finance expert with a successful track record of creating value in the clean energy finance and commercial real estate development industries. He leads on-bill recovery, Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), loan-loss programs, and other initiatives that stimulate broader availability of finance options for building owners, contractors, lenders and developers.
Stringer leads WECC’s PACE Program Administrator service for PACE Wisconsin, Wisconsin’s statewide PACE program. In this capacity, WECC supports market development by recruiting local governments and PACE lenders to participate in PACE Wisconsin and administering PACE project approvals and servicing annual installments.
Stringer graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Urban and Regional Planning. He holds an MS in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he also completed the Applied Real Estate Securities Analysis Program. He has completed coursework in sustainable development from the University of Dortmund, Germany and is a LEED Green Associate.
Stringer and his wife, Ann, have been married for ten years. They have four young children.
