Oscar Brandser is key account manager at Xcel Energy. He previously worked at Deere & Co., RTE Corp. and USAID. Brandser has experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, marketing and product application engineering. He is a certified Plant Engineer, and has published several times, most recently in Motor Efficiency, Power Factor and Load in EC&M Magazine. Brandser holds a BS Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, studied engineering management at Milwaukee School of Engineering, and earned an MS in Training and Human Resource Development from UW–Stout.
