Robert Abraham is the Assistant Police Chief of the La Crosse Police Department. He has been instrumental in deploying alternative fuel vehicles in the La Crosse Police Department, implementing the Department’s second generation of propane equipped patrol vehicles, which now stands at a fleet of 19.
Asstistant Chief Abraham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. He is a graduate of the 267th Session of the FBI National Academy, as well as a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command Class and is a Certified Public Manager. He has served as an instructor for the Wisconsin Police Corps and as an adjunct instructor for Western Technical College. Asstistant Chief Abraham is a certified assessor for the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Accreditation Group.
