Located on the third floor of Overture Center for the Arts, the James Watrous Gallery is free and open to the public.
Be sure to check the Exhibitions and Events page to ensure that the gallery will be open when you plan to visit. After each exhibition ends, we close for 2-3 weeks to install the next exhibition.
Regular Hours
Thursday and Friday 12:00-6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 12:00-5:00pm.
The gallery is also open by appointment or chance. Group tours are welcomed. Please email or call to arrange a tour or a visit outside regular hours.
We will also close for the following holidays: Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and from December 24-January 1.
Directions, Parking, and Accessibility
The Watrous Gallery is located on the third floor of Overture Center for the Arts. Enter the lobby from the main entrance at State and Fairchild Streets and take the elevator or the stairs. Please note that the Overture Center entrance on Henry Street is typically open only during special performances.
