Climate Breakfast Series: Natural Climate Solutions
Grab your reusable mug and your computer and get ready to connect with fellow climate-concerned citizens! The Wisconsin Academy invites you to join us this spring for the third of four casual breakfast conversations organized around key areas for climate action in Wisconsin in 2020. This breakfast's focus is Natural Climate Solutions, and we will provide a place and space for community members to build on discussions and connections kindled at our 2019 climate events.
Fred Clark, executive director of Wisconsin's Green Fire, will present on the topic of natural climate solutions (NCS) and discuss NCS-related recommendations from the Climate Fast Forward conference. This will be followed by ample time for Q&A.
For background on this topic, visit our Climate Fast Forward resources page, where you can view a summative report and other resources covering natural climate solutions, as presented at the Climate Fast Forward conference.
We hope you join us virtually from 7:30am-8:45am for this event! Details for virtual participation will be shared upon registration.
Kindly note that we will cap the event at 75 registrants.
