Demonstration at Tandem Press

Join the Wisconsin Academy at Tandem Press for an exploration of the printing process. The event is inspired by our current James Watrous Gallery exhibition, Gaylord Schanilec: A Natural History, which features wood engravings printed on a Vandercook press. Observe Tandem’s master printers demonstrating [delete printing] on a Vandercook with Gaylord Schanilec’s printing blocks, and ask questions about the exhibition and printing process while enjoying light snacks, wine, and a short presentation on Schanilec’s work by curator Jody Clowes.
