Join Joseph Mougel, Richard Moninski, and Wisconsin Academy staff to celebrate the opening of the exhibitions Herbarium and Clash/Meld at the James Watrous Gallery. These paired solo exhibits will be on view from November 18, 2022 through January 22, 2023.

Artists’ talks begin at 6:30 p.m.

Free and open to the public. Light refreshments available. Masks recommended. 

Contributors

Richard Moninski earned an M.F.A. from the University at Albany (SUNY), a B.F.A. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and undertook additional training in surface design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. His drawings and paintings have been exhibited nationally.

After serving as a combat correspondent in the US Marine Corps, Joseph Mougel completed a BFA in studio art from the University of Georgia and a MFA in photography from the University of New Mexico, where he also studied video, performance, and interactive media.
