Jeff Esterholm’s short stories have previously appeared in Wisconsin Academy Review, the Akashic Books online flash fiction series Mondays Are Murder, Crime Factory, Flash Fiction Italia, Midwestern Gothic, REAL: Regarding Arts and Letters, Shotgun Honey, and Yellow Mama. He is the second-place winner of the 2017 Wisconsin People & Ideas Fiction Contest. In 2013, he received the Larry and Eleanor Sternig Short Fiction Award from the Council for Wisconsin Writers. Esterholm and his wife live in Superior.
