Mark Bradley is an attorney with the law firm of Ruder Ware. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, and trust administration. Bradley serves as trustee of numerous trusts administered through his firm’s Fiduciary Services Department. He also serves on the boards of several private foundations. In 2017, Mark completed fifteen years of service as a member of the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents.

Freda Harris recently retired after a 29 year career with the University of Wisconsin System Administration, where she served as the Director, Assistant Vice President, and Associate Vice President of Budget and Planning from 2004 to 2016. Before starting with the UW System, she worked at the Higher Educational Aids Board and the Office of the State Public Defender. Harris also served as the President's Representative for the Educational Communications Board.
Jack Kussmaul is an attorney practicing with the firm of Kinney, Urban & Kussmaul. He is a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, with a degree in political science, and a graduate of the Stanford University Law School. Kussmaul is also director of Thursday’s Child, a wish foundation, and president of The Prairie Enthusiasts, a land trust. He lives in rural Lancaster.
Andy Richards is the interim chief of staff to the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to this role, Richards served as the senior special assistant to the President for Strategic Initiatives at University of Wisconsin-System and the chief of staff to the UW System President.
Arjun Sanga, Executive Director of WiSys Technology Foundation, is an expert in research, technology transfer, intellectual property management and commercialization. Sanga has more than twenty years of experience leading research collaborations, managing intellectual property, closing licensing deals and fostering startup companies. A registered patent attorney, Sanga has been involved in every aspect of technology transfer, from operations to management.
Tim Size has been the Executive Director of the Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative in Sauk City since helping to found it in 1979. The cooperative is owned and operated by forty rural hospitals with the vision that “Rural Wisconsin communities will be the healthiest in America.”
Linda Ware is Immediate-past President of the Wisconsin Academy Board of Directors. A professor emerita of English, Ware retired after 40 years of teaching at the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County. Ware earned a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MS from the UW-Madison, where she also completed PhD course work. Her interests include women writers, American ethnic studies, and literature/visual arts connections.
