Nicole Solheim serves as Senior Vice President of Development for Cinnaire, a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Nicole is passionate about working with communities to realize their vision and has spent her career at the intersection of real estate, community development, and urban planning. Nicole brings over 14 years of experience in the affordable housing industry and has worked on over 40 developments and $450 million in residential and commercial real estate with both Cinnaire and a national development firm. She earned her BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Madison-Wisconsin.
