Daphne is the City Planner and Zoning Administrator for the City of Middleton, WI. In over five years with the city, she has helped write the 2021 Comprehensive Plan, develop the University Avenue Corridor Plan, and overhaul the zoning ordinance. She also staffs the city’s Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Transit Committee along with Plan Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Landmarks Commission. In addition, she is interested in affordable housing, geographic information systems (GIS), and sustainability. Daphne received her Masters of Planning from the University of Southern California, and her Bachelors in Global Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
