Cultural Coalition of Wisconsin

The Cultural Coalition of Wisconsin was formed in 1993 as a means to share best practices and ideas. The Coalition's nine members, while retaining their distinctive individual missions, work together to advance the state's culture, arts, humanities, and history.

Cultural Coalition Members

  • Wisconsin Humanities Council
  • Wisconsin Arts Board
  • Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters
  • Wisconsin Public Radio
  • Wisconsin Public Television
  • Wisconsin Historical Society
  • Wisconsin Library Association
  • Wisconsin Veteran's Museum
  • UW-Extension Continuing Education

The common meeting ground for the Cultural Coalition is an online forum called Portal Wisconsin. Visit www.portalwisconsin.org to explore online artist's galleries, take virtual tours of historic sites, and find special family-oriented events around the state.
