Jill Stukenberg

Jill Stukenberg is an Associate Professor of English at UW-Stevens Point at Wausau. In addition to Wisconsin People & Ideas, Stukenberg's stories have appeared Midwestern Gothic and The Collagist, and her writing about teaching creative writing most recently in Assay: A Journal of Nonfiction Studies. Her novel manuscript Labor Day was a finalist for Black Lawrence Press’s 2020 Big Moose prize. In Wausau, Stukenberg advises the student-edited literary magazine Mush and serves on the organizing committee for the Central Wisconsin Book Festival.
