Neal Gruber is an accomplished professional engineer and manager with broad based project, operations management, staffing, marketing, and mentor expertise coupled with domestic and international experience in Engineering Feasibility, Design, and Analysis; Environmental Assessment; and Project, Program, and Business Management. His extensive background and expertise incorporated developing integrated technical engineering, science, law, finance, social science, and operations specialist staffed teams to address a wide range of water, renewable energy, sustainability analysis, natural resources, infrastructure, R&D, FEMA floodplain mapping and disaster program support, and operations challenges for a broad client base. Although recently retired, Gruber continues to be open to challenging volunteer, consulting, and contractual opportunities where his experience and expertise can be put to use in a supportive and societal constructive effort.
