Sylvia Cavanaugh is a National History Day teacher with an M.S. in Urban Planning. She and her students are involved in the Sheboygan chapter of 100,000 Poets for Change. Her poems have appeared in various periodicals and anthologies and she is a Contributing Editor for Verse-Virtual and the English language editor for Poetry Hall: A Chinese and English Bilingual Journal. She has published three chapbooks and serves on the board of the Council for Wisconsin Writers.
