Volunteering at Wisconsin Academy

Volunteers have always played an important role in success of the Wisconsin Academy. Now is your opportunity to share your time and talents to make Wisconsin brighter!

We are looking for a few great volunteers to help with the following regular and seasonal needs:

Data Entry & Filing
A reliable volunteer with great attention to detail to work with staff and update files and records. Basic computer skills are essential.

Garden and Grounds
Our office garden and grounds are maintined by Academy staff. We could sure use help from spring planting to fall clean-up, as well as creative ideas for low-maintenance landscaping that is beautiful and good for the environment.

Minor building renovation
Our 1922 University Avenue office space if over seventy years old and could use a handy-person (or two) to help with painting and basic maintenance.

Gallery Attendant
Assist our gallery team by greeting guests at our James Watrous Gallery located at Overture Center.

If you're interested in volunteering with the Academy please send an email to contact@wisconsinacademy.org to share contact information, your relevant experience and your volunteer interest.
