
Meghan Bennett is a Pushcart Prize-nominated poet and educator whose work has been published in Rookie Magazine, ISU’s Euphemism, the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets Calendar, and Barstow and Grand. Born and raised in central Illinois, Meghan moved to the big city to study English Education and creative writing at New York University at their Manhattan, London, and Berlin campuses, during which time she self-published her first collection of poetry. After making a brief detour to work at Disney World post-graduation, she then threw a dart at a map and arrived in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where she now teaches English and creative writing at North High School.
