James Sajdak

James Sajdak received an MA in linguistics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1989 and has taught English as a Second Language for more than twenty years at UW–Madison and Madison College. Since 1985 Sajdak has been writing and publishing articles about the arts, nature, and outdoor sports in Wisconsin and Canada. His crossword puzzles, the research of which first led him to visit the UW–Madison Special Collections Library, have appeared in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, the Chronicle of Higher Education, and a Penguin Books anniversary tribute to their classic editions.
