Tiffany Rodriguez-Lee is the Director of Arts and Fellows for Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts & Letters. She is a poet, arts advocate, and community leader in Central Wisconsin. Connecting communities through creativity is what truly drives Rodriguez-Lee. She is excited to embark on this new adventure at the Wisconsin Academy as the Director of Arts & Fellows, after three years as the Executive Director of the Center for Visual Arts in Wausau. Blending her Bachelor's degree in Marketing with an MFA in Creative Writing fuels her approach to arts leadership, bringing a mix of strategy and storytelling. As a mother of three sons, and the former Poet Laureate of Wausau, Rodriguez-Lee deeply values expression and the power of words—as a keen reader and poet herself! Her heritage, with roots in Puerto Rico, continually inspires her commitment to diverse voices. She looks forward to connecting with new people across the state who see value in the arts' ability to build bridges and enrich Wisconsin life. Rodriguez-Lee starts in early November and will be in charge of statewide arts programming, including Poetry and Pi(e) and other arts collaborations, lead the Academy Fellows program and events, and oversee the James Watrous Gallery staff.
