In his Academy Evenings talk at the Northwestern Mutual Art Gallery, entitled Milwaukee Labor History: Struggle, Strikes, and Survival, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee emeritus professor of history Michael Gordon discusses three eras in Milwaukee labor history, including the Patrick Cudahy Meat Packing Strike of 1987-1989.
