GORDON BUBOLZ NATURE PRESERVE INFORMATION
Arrival Information: Registration for the Local Leadership Summit will begin at 8:30am on Jan. 24 at GBNP. There will be light breakfast snacks available and the program will begin promptly at 9:30am. There is ample parking in the GBNP parking lot.

Amenities: We might have snow on the ground in January! The nature preserve has public trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking during the winter and they do offer limited equipment rental on site. If you are interested in spending some time on their trails after the Summit ends, here is some further information and trail maps.
Carpooling: If you are interested in carpooling to the summit, please fill out this doc with your travel plans and contact info, and coordinate directly with others who have compatible travel plans.
HOTEL BLOCK
A block of hotel rooms at Wingate by Wyndham, Appleton has been reserved for Local Leadership Summit attendees for the nights of January 23rd and 24th, 2019 at a reduced rate of $89/night + 15% tax (two double beds). There are 20 rooms available at this price - this offer ends December 23rd, 2018 so please book ahead. This hotel also honors local government tax exempt forms, as long as you bring a hard copy of the form with you during check-in.
