CX Dillhunt is the author of Things I’ve Never Told Anyone (Parallel, 2007), Girl Saints (Fireweed, 2003), and co-author of Double Six (Endeavor, 1994) with his son Drew. Dillhunt is assistant editor for Hummingbird: Magazine of the Short Poem and was co-editor for the Wisconsin Poets’ Calendar: 2006. His work can be found in Exquisite Corpse, Cream City Review, University Magazine (Xi’an Jiaotong University) and the international online literary journal, Studio (York University, Toronto). Named a Commended Poet by the Wisconsin Poet Laureate Commission in 2010, Dillhunt volunteers as an elementary school writing workshop facilitator. “I write,” he says, “to hold each day down, to let each day go; I write to find a voice I’ve never heard before, to hear the familiar voice, to listen.”
