Artists' Show and Tell: Session 1

Join us at the gallery for an afternoon of show and tell! Stephen Perkins, Levi Sherman, and Kayla Bauer are artists and collectors who share a fascination with artists' books, mail art, and ephemera. They'll bring a range of alternative works in various media to share and discuss their own collecting habits, curatorial processes, and personal archive work. As collectors, Perkins, Sherman, and Bauer are interested in how archives function, how they are accessed, and ways to (in Perkins’ words) “mine” or “explode” the archive by reworking it into new forms.
