Jane Elder is executive director of the Wisconsin Academy. She brings to the Wisconsin Academy a strong background in public policy leadership, nonprofit management, and involvement in Wisconsin arts. Her career has focused on environmental policy and communications, while personal interests include theater, modern dance and painting.

John Imes, executive director and co-founder of Wisconsin Environmental Initiative (WEI), has over 25 years of experience creating and managing award-winning programs for improving our environment and economy.

Kathy Kuntz joined the nonprofit Cool Choices as its executive director in May 2010.  Cool Choices inspires and assists individuals, communities, and businesses to achieve meaningful reductions in greenhouse gas emissions through voluntary action.  Kuntz has two decades of experien

Don Wichert has been involved in professional renewable energy assessment, planning and program administration for over 30 years.  Currently, Wichert is owner of Eudai Energy LLC, a renewable energy consulting company, advisor at RENEW Wisconsin (RENEW), and serves on the Board of RENEW and the Citizens Utility Board.
